This page explains how to delete the personal data Calmspace holds about you. You can request deletion at any time, and we will action your request in line with applicable law.
Delete your account and app data
The fastest way to remove your data is to delete your account from within the app:
- Open the Calmspace app.
- Go to You > Settings.
- Choose Delete account.
Deleting your account removes your profile and the data tied to it (such as your preferences, saved mixes, routines, favorites, and session history) from our active systems. Backup copies are removed on our normal backup cycle.
Unsubscribe from our newsletter
If you subscribed to our newsletter on calmspace.app, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter email to be removed from the list.
Meta (Facebook) data deletion
The Calmspace app uses the Meta (Facebook) SDK only to measure app and purchase events for marketing measurement. It does not use Facebook Login. If you would like any data associated with the Meta SDK deleted, email us at the address below and we will process the request.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot use the in-app option, or you want to confirm your data has been removed, email info@calmspace.app from the address associated with your account (or describe how we can identify your records). We will:
- confirm your request,
- delete the personal data we hold about you, and
- let you know once it is done.
We aim to respond within 30 days.
